RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for John’s RV And Trailer Center - Online Store

At John’s RV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. This return policy applies to online orders for customers in Canada and the United States.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Eligible Items: Most items purchased from https://www.johnsrvtc.com are eligible for return, except for:

    • Personalized or custom-made products.

    • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@johnsrvtc.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship to the address provided in the RMA instructions.

    • Canada: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any cross-border fees, unless the item is defective.

    • USA: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.

  4. Inspection: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping costs.

  • Defective Items: If the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, we’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, at our choice.

  • Non-Returnable Items: No refunds or exchanges will be issued for personalized, custom, or final sale items.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like a different item, contact us to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@johnsrvtc.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us, and we’ll investigate with the carrier to provide a resolution.

International Returns (Canada to USA)

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Ensure compliance with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or U.S. Customs Service regulations for cross-border returns.
